The winery visit is a sensory experience and a chance to learn about the precious grape varieties that are used to make the amazing wines of the Valle D’Itria. You’ll see the 16th century Masseria and Trulli as well as the ultra-modern winery where you can understand the processes from harvesting to production right through to bottling and dispatch. There will be a tasting of 4 different wines with savoury snacks. A quick visit of Locorotondo , the “the medieval round town” , then a tasty light lunch including typical food from the Farm and “Locorotondo DOC” local wine . Then, on to Alberobello. We’ll visit an ancient Trullo and meet a genuine local Trullo Master who willdescribe the construction techniques of the Trulli.
