The excursion begins in Dominicus, through the main road till you enter to a beautiful trail by the sea that takes us to the small town of Bayahibe. There we will see the beauty of the local nature and cosmopolitan style. Then we make a visit to the public beach enjoying a beautiful landscape until arriving at Cotubanama Park. There we will walk a beautiful path that takes us to a cave that was used by the Taíno Indians in pre-Columbian times. In the interior of the cave there is a spring of crystalline waters in which we can freshen up. Then we make a short walk along a path where we can appreciate several plants of our flora and a typical kiln to make coal. We return to the bicycle and end up leaving the park where our tour ends.  Note: you can select the tour in electric mtb or normal mtb.

Saona island Saona Island is the most popular excursion offered in the Dominican Republic. The island is a natural park (protected as a natural reserve) it’s a virgin island with beautiful beaches and speechless coastlines full of palm trees. While on the island you can relax on a chair lounge, hang out by our all inclusive beach bar, play beach volleyball. Around mid day we open our beach buffet for a typical Dominican lunch that includes: chicken, pork, rice, vegetables, beans, salad and fruit, or walk the coastline.

Start from Bayahibe aboard a Safari truck… A first exotic stop in the middle of the fields where you can taste sugar cane while listening to your guide tell you about the history and working conditions of the cane cutters. You will then go to meet the cane cutters and their families, in the villages called Batey … Then direction the city of Higuey, with a stop on the way at a cigar factory, enough to taste some products and discover the Dominican know-how !! For lunch you will eat at the Indio, a very unusual place in the middle of the Dominican countryside !! On the menu Cassava, rice, plantain… and the famous river prawns !!! Starting From Bayahibe. We'll make a twenty-minute stop at a paradisical natural pool formed by a sandbank in the middle of the sea. Enjoy the warm and shallow waters, see if you can find the starfish that live here, and take unforgettable photos. And upon arrival at Saona Island, you'll have two and a half hours of free time to play volleyball on the golden sand beaches or simply relax under the Caribbean sun. Around midday, we'll try the Dominican Republic's rich gastronomy, with a beachside buffet lunch. And the cherry on top is a speedboat that provides an injection of adrenaline as it takes us back to the Bayahibe port. Complete your experience When making your reservation, you'll have the option to complete your experience with the addition of snorkeling. We Meet at Bayahibe port. After a quick briefing (all in English) you'll hop aboard the very comfortable boat on which you can chill and take in the sun and surroundings as we head to natural shallow-water pools, away from the crowds. You'll be free to swim and snorkel (equipment provided) and soak up the immaculate nature and warm waters. We'll then head to the fabulous island of Saona.
