A horseback ride along Tamarindo down to Langost beach is poised to become a highlight of any tropical vacation. Trot through forested areas en route to Langosta Beach. We will take stops on the way at different sites to enjoy the views. The route has beautiful sites from where you can photograph stunning sunsets (if you choose to ride in the afternoon) , rock formations shaped by the repeated fall and rise of the sea, and spot holler monkeys up in trees if it is the right time. The final destionation can be as far a Langosta beach, but we'll leave it up to our guest how far south you'd like to ride. Tamarindo is famous for its waves so you will also see many surfers riding the waves of this wonderful beach. This will be a Pura Vida style Tour on the beach and forest with our great horses. You don´t have experience in horse riding? No worries, a free initiation class just before the ride is included, enjoy safe horses and an incredible sundown!

Enjoy a great morning horseback ride through coconut plantations, mangrove trees and on Playa Larga Beach which is the longest beach of the Ixtapa Zihuatanejo area. As you ride your horse on the beach there will be a nice ocean breeze and the results of: vegetation, ocean waves, lagoon and mountain range will make the horseback ride beautiful and pleasant. The horses are friendly, well trained and very good for experienced riders and also for beginners, you will have the chance to go at your own pace and while riding on the beach you can even make the horse go at a faster pace. You will ride on the horse for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, and will have the opportunity to take pictures with your own camera and the tour guide will also offer to take pictures of you with your camera. At the end of the ride we will provide you with a good cold beer or a bottle of water.

We will begin the tour riding on our private lush trail to the beach of Esterillos Esté, we will ride along the ocean and cross little estuaries and take in the magnificent views of the mountains and beautiful palm and almond trees alongside the coast.

You will ride along a gravel path through the jungle to the beach and then along the beach with the waves touching the horses’ feet. If the ocean and streams are applicable you will be offered to swim with a horse which is a great experience.
