Join an unforgettable tour in our family Winery with the winemaker! We are a Winery boutique in the heart of Valpolicella and we organize activities to share our passion for Valpolicella and Amarone wines with our guests (we offer it directly, without intermediaries or tour operator). We’ll start with a walk in the vineyard, telling you the family history about the winery and the estates. You’ll learn how to dry Amarone grapes in the traditional drying room, a process called Appassimento. You'll visit our rural house and the cellar from the 17th century used for winemaking and refinement. At the conclusion, the tasting of a selection of our fine wines Valpolicella, RIPASSO and the great AMARONE, learning how to evaluate them by sight, smell and taste. You’ll also enjoy our organic EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, local cheeses called Monte Veronese and Soppressa Valpolicella (a kind of salami). We’ll be waiting for you on our amazing terrace with a stunning view of the Valpolicella!

McCaffrey’s Estate is family owned and operated and one of the smaller producers in the Hunter Valley creating premium, handcrafted wines. The vineyard consists of 11 acres under vine and produces a variety of wines including, Sparkling, Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Rosé, Merlot Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz & Fortified Wine

Located in the commune of Talagante, 1 hour from Santiago, we find Viña Undurraga, one of the most beautiful and oldest in the country. Its origins date back to 1885, founded by Don Francisco Undurraga, who asked the French landscaper George Henry Dubois to design its beautiful parks. During the Tour we will take a tour of the vineyard, we will discover the strains that this vineyard cultivates and the vinification process of the different wines produced here. Then, there will be a walk through the hundred-year-old underground cellars, to end the tour in the place where the "Gente de Tierra" collection is located, which shows Mapuche life and art. As is tradition, you will be able to taste 3 reserve wines, so that you can taste the quality of Viña Undurraga's products.
