The duration of the activity is variable, half day ( 4 hours) or full day ( 8 hours). The excursions/hiking take place throughout the Aspromonte National Park of Calabria in Italy. Pizzo Calabro is one of the jewels of the Calabria, located in the magical Coast of the Gods. Its square and its marina, as I always say, deserve to be visited at least once in a lifetime, both for the beauty of its views and for the history that these place have. Furthermore, you shouldn't leave this Town without tasting the ice cream. In fact, Pizzo is famous for its Tartufo, and is generally known as the city of ice cream. The tour will allow you to discover small glimpses that you wouldn't have the chance to see without a local guide, as well as to let you take wonderful pictures to share on your social media or with your friends.

Calabrian Alpacas have the only Alpacas in Calabria, our alpacas are raised on a small farm where they are heavily socialised and used to human contact. They are therefore very inquisitive and gentle towards children. The backdrop to our walks is a mature pine forest opening up to the beach at Colomaio 1 with the backdrop of pizzo town. The mountainous background is also magnificent especially at sunset . The alpaca you will get to handle will create a bond with you throughout the walk and you will be able to get some interactive videos and selfies on the beach to remember this walk forever and able you to share this experience back home with family and friends.

A new and different way to visit the beautiful coastline from Tropea to Capo Vaticano: an excursion by sailing yacht to admire the coast, which is one of the most beautiful in the world. Starting from Tropea, you will visit the white cave, you will pass by Formicoli, Baia di Riaci until you arrive in Capo Vaticano. Capo Vaticano is known for the small hidden beaches, like the Cala di Fuoco with the unique, crystal clear water. Of course you also have the possibility to go swimming and snorkeling, for which we also provide snorkel masks. Admire the breathtaking underwater world and relax on board of a sailing yacht!

During my courses, in which you will actively participate, we will make typical recipes of the local tradition (macaroni al ferretto, strongatura, swordfish, stockfish, preserves in oil, dried tomatoes, cured meats and local cheeses), we will use typical local tools, and there will be no shortage of the most representative recipes of the Italian territory (pizza, carbonara, norma, arancini, cannoli……). Possibility of vegetarian menu. Food intolerances and allergies must be communicated when booking. Possible visit to the local market to be agreed before.
