Enjoy a caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and have a caviar tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 min and is followed by the tasting. During the tasting, you will be able to try caviar, caviar butter, and sturgeon rillettes made at the Estate you just visited. Those dishes are served with a glass of sparkling wine.

Great Colombian countryside experience! You will do the hike on your own – the path is totally safe! 90 minutes drive from Bogotá, La Chorrera waterfall at 590 meters is the highest in Colombia. Despite this fact, not very many people know of its existence – it’s another hidden gem. The site can be accessed by crossing the 3400-meter high mountains around Bogotá. The scenery leading up to the waterfall is wonderful, green, with lots of fresh air. The hike itself is not the easiest, there and back it takes around 3 hours. But the view and the scenery makes it very much worth your while! There’s also a smaller waterfall at the beginning of the hike, El Chiflon, of which you can even go behind – it provides an incredible experience for hikers. On the way to La Chorrera waterfall you go through a fantastic ‘fog forest’ that is surrounded by local farms. You can get refreshing drinks and food from local farmers (freshly made stuffed arepas and empanadas).

At 7:30 AM, our guide will pick you up at your hotel and roam the roads of saigon to head to Can Gio land. The most special thing left in saigon now is that we have to travel by ferry from saigon to Can Gio province. This land is formed from mangrove forests and is home to many wild animals such as birds, monkeys, crocodiles and especially crabs (a specialty of this land). Our drivers will take you to visit Monkey Island (which is home to hundreds of monkeys and also where guerrilla fighters hid during the Vietnam War). After that, our group will have lunch and visit Can Gio market. This is where hundreds of types of local seafood are sold every day. We will continue to travel to visit Can Gio beach. Then we will return to Ho Chi Minh city to finish the journey.
