This tour will take you to the charming village of Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, where you’ll explore its rich history and visit the church where Dom Pérignon is buried. Then, visit two family-run Champagne producers, where you’ll learn about the traditional methods of Champagne production. At each winery, you’ll enjoy three tastings of their signature Champagnes, providing you with a comprehensive and immersive experience. By the end of the day, you’ll have tasted a total of six distinct Champagnes and gained a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind this iconic beverage. The tour will conclude at 6:30 pm, returning you to the starting point at the Reims Centre train station’s tourist office.

Join your expert guide at 9:20 AM in front of the Reims Centre Train Station Tourist Office and dive into the world of Champagne. Visit two family-run producers to uncover the secrets of Champagne making. Start with an in-depth tour of a boutique vineyard, learning the "méthode champenoise" from grape pressing to cellar aging, and enjoy tastings of three cuvées. Then, visit another producer for a shorter but equally engaging experience with the owners, exploring their estate and savoring three more cuvées. The tour ends at 1:10 PM back at Reims Centre. Perfect for both novices and enthusiasts, this half-day tour offers a rich insight into the heart of Champagne.

After a Champagne quizz, train your nose to identify the different aromas and flavors that can be found in Champagne through an olfactory workshop. Martel, J. de Telmont and Guillom Boutron (depending on availability). Join us on this exclusive Cava & Chocolate experience in the picturesque town of Sant Sadurni – just 40 minutes away from Barcelona in the middle of the wine country of Penedés. We will visit a small traditional, family run Cava winery and learn about the production of this special sparkling wine that is so inherent to the region. After the tour on their premises we will sit down in the beautiful courtyard and taste several organic, premium Cava´s. Afterwards it is possible to have a delicious four course lunch menu in the best restaurant in the center of Sant Sadurni. In the afternoon we will visit the local chocolate factory and learn more about their 140 years of skills in making fine chocolates. We finish this experience with a stroll through the narrow streets of Sant Sadurni before returning back to Barcelona by train.
