We start the tour in the morning from your pick up location (hotel,port etc) Then we take the way from Ksamil to reach the first destination(Butrint) The Butrint National Park is the most famous attraction in the south of Albania and the UNESCO World Heritage site is the most visited archaeological park in the country. In this guide you can find everything you need to know before visiting Butrint. On the way back to the city, a short visit around 30 min to Lekursi Castle, build by Sultan Suleiman the Great. A 360o view of all the region around, where your eyes can enjoy a magnificent sight-seen of a big island ( Corfu), a city ( Saranda), a lake ( Butrinti Lake). All in one from the top of this strategic place. Than a beautiful visit to the natural spring of Blue Eye, a hidden place between the mountains where you can enjoy a magnificent view of transparent water, that still can't be measured how deep it is.(We have to walk for 20 min to reach this place)

We will pick you up from your hotel, we will discover the seven main districts of the Medina (old town), explore the blue alleys, the traditional doors and the different shades of blue. Throughout this walk you will be taught Andalusian and Moorish culture. Then, before heading to the Spanish Mosque, we can take time for a lunch break at a local restaurant. On the way to the Spanish Mosque, we will pass by the water sources of Ras el Maa where the city's old laundry system is located. We will then head to the Spanish Mosque where we observe a superb panoramic view of the city. Going down to the medina, we will see the market and the Swika district (Chefchaouen's shopping district). The activity will end in the main square Outa Hammam. Ps: We can also take your photos!

On this tour we will explore The National Park of “Blue Eye,” and The Fortress Lekuresi. Both sites are attractive tourist places, both rich in history and beauty. It’s a very picturesque area, where crystal clear water gushes out from within the mountain Mali i Gjërë. This actual spring is the largest and a most interesting source among the other 18 springs that flow from Mali i Gjërë. It has been declared a Natural Monument and has an oval shape similar to the shape of an eye. The spring has great depth, which goes up to 50m, and it’s surrounded by dense and lush vegetation. All in all, the area offers a great time out for adults, as well as for children.

The austere and beautiful town of Gjirokastra began to spread downhill from its castle in the 13th century. The castle still stands on its hill, overlooking the whole city and the river valley below. From that lofty point, the grey stone of the houses below and the grey slates of their roofs blend into the hillside, distinguished from it only by their whitewashed walls. As one of the city's most famous sons Ismail Kadare, wrote in Chronicle in Stone, Gjirokastra is "a surprising city, which seemed as if it had come out of the valley unexpectedly, like a prehistoric being, and clambered up with difficulty, stitching itself on the side of the mountain". Gjirokastra became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2005. It had been awarded the status of a 'museum-city' by the Albanian government, which gave legal protection to its architectural heritage and kept new building out of the historic center. *Minimum number of travelers per booking is 2. The fascinating old centre of Gjirokaster is on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. Largely medieval, with some lovely architecture to admire, reflecting the town’s wealthy past, it is built on a hill overlooking a valley and mountains. This interesting museum will give a good impression of the way of living in Albania during the Ottoman period. For lunch we will leave town and drive to a nearby lake, where some specialties of the area can be tasted. On our way back to Saranda, we will pass from the national park Syri I Kalter. In this peaceful forest, we will walk (5 min) to the crystal clear spring called Blue Eye, where 900 m3 water per minute is coming from deep down the earth. If time permits, there will be a short coffee break at the restaurant next to the fast streaming river in the park, before heading back to the port of Saranda.
