Trek along the edge of Rano Kau, one of the three extinct volcanoes of Rapa Nui. Moisture accumulates inside, creating a favorable microclimate for cultivation. There is a great diversity of native vegetation that surprises: bananas, tubers, and other edible species that make us think of ancient human occupations. It is considered that the manavai, an ancient system of cultivation of circular holes, protected by a stone wall, was inspired by the craters of volcanoes such as Rano Kau. When you reach the end of the route, you will find one of the most impressive settings on the island, the great crater of Rano Kau next to the 3 main islets of Rapa Nui.

Rinjani trekking route via Aik Berik was officially opened by Central Lombok governemnt on November 2018 as one of official trekking route that offers different angle to approach Rinjani, with 2 famous waterfalls in Central Lombok on the same route: Benang Kelambu and Benang Stokel waterfall. Trek through rainforest, pineforest, savannah, dense forest with plent of water source (river) and waterfall. The route leads to second summit Puncak Kondo (Top of Kondo, 3200 m.a.s.l), crater rim and Segara Anak lake. Each destinantion takes from 2 day 1 night to 4 day 3 nights to complete depend on your destinantion, all destinantions offer stunning view of sunset and sunrise, peak of Mt.
