Holiday, a Japanese information service used by approximately 4 million people per month, offers a photography program that guides visitors to some of Japan's most popular and special Fujiyoshida destinations. The program is staffed by highly qualified photographers who can work with your travel schedule to capture natural compositions and identify photo spots. (Please send us your preferred location in the chat!) Photography can be taken anywhere in Fujiyoshida and can be booked up to three days in advance. In addition, the original photo originals are delivered within a week, and the client can choose 10 of his/her favorite photos to resend. 【The tour is suitable for the guests who stay around Lake Kawaguchiko,Lake Yamanakako and Fujiyoshida areas.】 For those who not only want to enjoy the view of Mt.Fuji, but also want to experience the history of this area! We will aim to reach the top of the highest peak at Yamanakako area. There is Ishiwari-shrine at the 8th station which has a large rock and people said it is the stage of the Japanese mythology called”Ama-no-Iwato”. The rock is so cracked that one person can barely pass through and If you can walk through it three times clockwise, it is said that it will bring you a good luck. Let’s enjoy the mountain hiking and get some energy at the sacred site! Move your body, clear your head, and feel nature and history throughout your body!

This tour is a off beaten track and can be only guided by a local tour guide.This pilgrimage trail was developed more than 2,000 years ago by the sharman named Xi Fu who served for the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang. Qin’s last strong wish was to live forever and ordered Xi Fu to find the eternal life medicine from the holy eastern mountain. There are many legends about Xi Fu throughout Japan and also in Fujiyoshida. Xi Fu recorded in the document about the history of Fujiyoshida and it said there were 7 shrines and head quarter shrine to do the ceremony of ascending to the emperor. The Japanese emperor’s title “Tennou” actually means the Northern Dragon, Hokushin, which is the deification of the Polaris and the big dipper. Visiting and walking the pilgrimage trail on the footage of Mt.Fuji will make you connect with the ancient people’s feeling and will have the meditation effect and to understand the meaning of the Asian dragon.
