After years of providing private group tours for friends, family and businesses, we realised how much we love to please people and try and go the extra mile to see a bigger smile at the end of the day. So we built out our new Yarra Valley Public Tour that has the necessary itinerary but also has flexibility to split up the group depending on their preferences on wine, gin, food and chocolate.

Based at Laverstoke Mill near Winchester, the Bombay Sapphire Distillery is home to all Bombay Sapphire gin. Every experience starts with a trip to the Turbine Bar to choose a Bombay gin to make a gin & tonic before heading to the cinema room to be immersed in all things Bombay Sapphire in preparation for the tour. Discover the history behind Bombay Sapphire and the paper-making business at Laverstoke Mill, before uncovering the secrets of the rare production processes used to make Bombay Sapphire. Your guide will tell you about the botanicals that go into the gin in the Botanical Glasshouses and the Botanical Dry Room.

The Gin Nest is Torbay's premier gin-making experience. You will be guided in the art of distilling your own craft gin using a traditional copper pot still. We provide alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks during the experience, and a 500ml bottle of your hand-crafted gin to take home with you. You have the opportunity to personalise your experience to suit any occasion. We take individual bookings or group bookings. With the help of our friendly hosts, you will enjoy a one hour experience where you will create your own cocktail in our beautiful historical basement bar. You will learn how to make the famous 'Bramble' cocktail with instruction from our hosts in a fun and vibrant environment. Sample artisanal, locally made sweet treats to complement your drinks, including flavored marshmallows and macarons. learn about how gin is created, and what makes a great drink, as well as more about our history of gin production.

Our Gin tour and tasting is located in a truly unique location. We are based in the heart of The Rocks in Sydney, almost under the iconic Harbour Bridge. Hickson House Gin has won gold medals at the most prestigious spirits shows, with every product having picked up a gold medal. The distillery itself it built in a historic bond building that used to house goods sent to Australia from all over the world. One of Australia's largest and oldest gantry cranes was located in the building and the steel girders holding up the building are the same used in the building of the Harbour Bridge under which we are located. The tour itself starts with a Gin & Tonic before heading into the distillery to learn about the gin production process. Head back into our award-winning bar and enjoy a tasting of our multi award winning gin range. Hickson House also features a full bar and dining room to enjoy while spending some time with us.

We will offer an in depth Gin tasting experience at our specially designed tasting atelier in the historical centre of Athens and discover the top Mediterranean Gins. Sample a range of hand-selected gins as you learn to identify the unique flavours. Our host will introduce and provide guests with a brief history about gin crafting and the traditional ways of making gins. We will taste our way through different gins sampling a variety of different expressions with a small back story behind each one. Visit the only distillery in the city. Our distillery creates award winning gins and whiskies. This is your best chance to get to know all the different gins and whiskies that are made at our distillery. You will also learn how to taste the spirits and what makes each of the spirits unique.

Private tour exclusive to your group. An experienced Local in a Kilt will guide you on a wonderful tour of Inverness and the surrounding area, Loch Ness, Highland Cows, Whisky, Gin, Battlefields, Ancient Cairns and if you are lucky a private bagpipe solo. You will enjoy learning about the local culture, History and folk lore from a real highlander. This tour suits all ages and can be tailored to suit each groups needs. The tour guide will liaise with each group to make sure they get the experience they desire.
