Langhe-Roero and Monferrato

Together we will meet the Piedmontese tradition seen from Tuscany. We will prepare the traditional tajarin, the Piedmontese ravioli del plin, the typical pici of Siena looking at the splendid hills of Monferrato. Everything will be prepared following the best local traditional recipes. We will prepare two different types of dough and, at the end, a dessert according to the season.

Unlike most tours, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with the owner, the winery's winemaker, who will guide you in all phases, from the vineyard to the tasting

You can practice in my cozy studio or outdoors where you will be surrounded by the lush vegetation that mother nature has given us. You will find a deep contact with yourself to be able to relax completely surrounded by the wonderful hills of Langhe Roero and Monferrato.

My name is Jessica, I will accompany you on a visit to the vineyards and cellar. We produce wine for passion, with respect for the environment and continuous search for quality without forgetting the poetry that wine contains. We want to offer our guests a full-immersion experience in the world of oenology, and tasting, with a sensory journey to discover the world of wine from cultivation to aging. You can take a panoramic walk with us in the vineyard, where depending on the season you can actively follow the different processes, to understand how the wine is born in the vineyard, and then continues its life in the cellar from alcoholic fermentation to aging in wood. The experience ends with the tasting of wines paired with local products selected by the best farms. I'm a professional truffle hunter from 3 generations in Alba. My grandfather after the 2nd world war was one of the first truffle hunters, he taught my father all the secrets about the precious "ipogean fungus" then my father taught it to me. I'm a dog trainer and actually I've got 3 great dogs: Lisa, Palli & Isi. I would like to teach "some'' of my truffle hunting secrets to travelers. During the tour you will be helped by my friend Margherita. She's an official tourist guide with great passion for truffles and local culture, translating every part of the hunting.

The tour will start from our tasting room to welcome you in the best possible way. From here we will trace the history of Cantina Moscone with a focus on the vineyards and the surrounding area. Then the tour route will allow us to understand and observe the production techniques of our wines. “The Dosman” is our take it easy. A few kilometers away from Alba and Barolo, we will travel along paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain what surrounds you so you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region . The route is approximately 40 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 840 metres, therefore suitable for medium-trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or will change the route to make it easier and more fun for everyone.
