With the closest location to Cave Point we spend almost all of our time on the water and less time getting there. At the boat launch you will receive a paddle and safety orientation before spending the next two hours paddling along some of the most picturesque landscapes in the Midwest. Only a short drive from Sturgeon Bay to the south, or Bailey's Harbor to the north, or Egg Harbor, Sister Bay, Fish Creek, and Ephraim in the upper peninsula!

The highlight of your vacation! This a 17-foot self-bailing raft that provides a fun splashy ride while providing enough stability to handle the Snakes Class bigger rapids with ease, and allowing you to feel safe while you enjoy the experience. You'll paddle through the legendary Snake River Rapids, including Lunch Counter, Big Kahuna, Champagne and Ropes. Rafts launch at West Table and take out at Sheep Gulch in the Snake River Canyon. It's 8 miles of Class II and III whitewater interspersed with calm stretches, even some opportunities to swim. Trips take 3 1/2 to 4 hours round-trip from our office at 180 Powderhorn Ln in Jackson. As you cruise out of the harbor, the captain will begin with a safety talk before turning up the speed, humor, and spins. This kayak tour sets off to see a few of the many precious gems of Door County. You will experience thousand year old caves, ancient fossils, and Whitefish Dunes State Park. After an introductory lesson and a calm launch from a location north of Cave Point, you'll follow the coast until seeing the coves of Cave Point County Park where you'll creep along listening to the wonderful sound of the water and enjoying the view of the caves. Then explore the caves with the kayaks, and finally head towards Whitefish Bay Dunes State Park. At this point, you will turn around and return to the launch location or head to the take-out point at the Whitefish Bay Town boat launch (dependent upon the wind). The caves are not viewable from the land. Waterfront Kayak have very stable sit on top kayaks making it the perfect paddling craft for beginners. You are able to jump off for a swim and our guides will assist you in getting back into your kayak. Given the stability, you aren't required to be well versed in balancing on our kayaks. We offer a paddling experience and thus client need not feel pressured to paddle to a destination and can rather enjoy a leisurely paddle, enjoying the surrounds and fresh ocean air.
