Anyone can now experience the thrill of a surfing lesson at one of the area's best surf schools. You'll have fun, be safe and you won’t believe how easy it will be to get up and riding! Learning to surf  is an amazing experience and an awesome thing to do while in Surfers Paradise. This surf lesson caters to ages 12 and up with dedicated children's lesson available during school holidays, all levels of fitness and no swimming abilities needed due to the safe location the lessons are conducted. Our lessons operate on a 1 instructor per 5 participant ratio so we are deemed one of the safest surf schools compared to most!

You’ll start with a sightseeing tour around Tangier with an interesting drive through the Ville Nouvelle. Drive through the California district with its fancy villas and places before reaching the promontory Cap Spartel. It’s at this point where the Mediterranean & the Atlantic Seas meet. The views are stunning with the standing lighthouse Continue on the track along the Atlantic with the possibility to include a camel ride experience, then to the Neolithic Caves of Hercules that are shrouded in mystery. The caves are related to the Greek mythology and the opening into the sea is gorgeous. Finish with a guided tour in the Kasbah "Old Medina' of Tangier with your tour guide that will explain the history behind the rich culture

The day tour starts with pick-up at your hotel or hostel in Rio (depends your area). Your first stop will be at Chrsit Statue (ticket included) to avoid the crowd we arrive early there. From there, you will visit Tijuca National Park and get a glimpse of the greenest tropical rainforest. This is the best spot to check how nature and the urban area can coexist, while seeing waterfalls, tropical plants, and wildlife. After that, stop for lunch (not included) and then hit the road again, this time to visit Maracana Stadium from outside, then go towards the Centro to go to Cinelandia (Municipal Theater) from outside and the Cathedral (visit inside). Then finally we will visit the Selaron Steps at Lapa and Santa Teresa Neighborhood. At the end of your day you will be offered the option to be dropped off at Sugarloaf Mountain in time for enjoying the sunset or to be dropped off back at your hotel or hostel.

Our Kids lesson are designed for 100% safety and fun, conducted in safe shallow water with a max 4 kids per instructor. Enjoy learning to surf at a beautiful, undeveloped local beach called The Spit, offering stunning views of the Surfers Paradise skyline in the backdrop. Your highly-qualified and experienced surf coach will provide you plenty of personal attention and laughs along the way.
