Start the day with a stop at the ossuary “La ferme de Navarin”, monument inaugurated by General Gouraud in 1924, in memory of French soldiers who died during the Great war. Your guide will then drive you to the Meuse region, in the heart of the forest where the “Kronprinz” shelter is located, one of the German soldiers camp.
Explore the famous hillock of Vauquois, full of galleries, where 14,000 soldiers lost their lives along a tiny portion of the Western front.
