In this guided tour, you will have the opportunity to explore nature, history and tradition of the region of Lasithi Plateau with it's 16 picturesque villages and Minoan civilization Knossos Palace. We'll explore Old Windmills, Traditional Villages of Lasithi Plateau,Aposelemis Dam, 2400 years old Plane tree in Krasi village, an Olive Oil Factory, a Pottery,Olive Groves, will have a Greek Coffee in a traditional caffe and of course we'll have lunch in family taverna to taste some of the most iconic dishes of Crete. In the end of the tour, we'll explore the most visited site in Crete, Knossos Palace. Knossos Palace, is one of the most significant archaeological sites in Greece. This tour will give travelers the opportunity to explore interesting places at the Plateau of Lassithi, the area where Zeus was born according to the mythology. Climbed at 850meters above the sea level, the plain of Lasithi has the highest production of agricultural products in Crete. There are 18 villages built on the surrounding mountains of the plateau. Clients will admire a panoramic drive through the plateau, the Monastery of Vidiani, Lasinthos Eco Park and the traditional village of Krasi. Following, the participants will be guided in an Olive Mill Farm and see the production of olive soap, olive oil etc. and enjoy an unforgettable meal made from local products, at their own expense at the Olive Mill Farm, with unique aromas from the surrounding wild mountain and view to the Aegean Sea.

We are in the heart of Famous and traditional Chianti hills with breathtaking views. We are only 18 km from Florence, Fattoria Lavacchio, practice Organic and Biodinamic agriculture in whole estate. Visit the unique wind mill designed by LEONARDO DA VINCI, renovated to produce the flour of the Estate and the unique sensation to come back to 2 centuries ago. The tour includes a walk in the olive groves, a little introduction to the Tuscan olive oil traditions and a guided tour of the wind mill as well as an historical background of the wind mill, it’s renovation and technical explanations of how it works.
