Later we will go to one of the most visited places in Costa Rica (La Paz Waterfall Gardens) . The waterfall is located immediately alongside the road from Alajuela that leads to the northern plains of Costa Rica. The River La Paz forms the waterfall after traversing 8 kilometres (5 mi) of volcanic terrain, and then continues through the rainforest of the eastern side of Poás Volcano. A short path leads behind the waterfall, where a small shrine had been located. Upstream from the waterfall is La Paz Waterfall Gardens, a park, where visitors can observe many different species of local wildlife.

This day we will leave your Hotel for the Poás de Alajuela area, we will make a stop for a brief explanation about our golden grain, the coffee where we will stop to see the coffee bushes, also having the opportunity to take a photograph of the Ventral Valley and from the coffee plantation. We will continue the tour through fern, flower and strawberry crops. .

On this combo tour you will make a walk on the Poas volcano national park there you will have the oportunity to see the main crater and nature from the tropical wate clime, our next stop will be La paz warerfall gardens, its a rescue center there you will see a lot from the wildlife in the country, for example you will see: White face monkey, Spider monkey, butterflies, wildcats, snakes and more!

You will visit the Doka Coffee Plantation, to enjoy a delicious breakfast and a guided tour of the coffee plantation where you will learn about the techniques used by experts to process and produce one of the best coffees in Costa Rica. Then continue towards Poás Volcano. This 2708-meter-high colossus is active. Admire its impressive crater and gas emissions, in addition to learning about its volcanic activity and different ecosystems found in this beautiful national park. Continue to La Paz Waterfalls, walk a beautiful path and enjoy the different attractions of the park including the aviary, the largest butterfly observatory in the country, the hummingbird gallery, the serpentarium, the frog, monkey and cat exhibition.
