Legendary for it's beauty, 17-mile Drive meanders up and down the hills of Pebble Beach, past amazing mansions and it's famous golf courses.  We wind our way along the rugged coastline and through thick cypress groves, stopping at all the amazing viewpoints.  Our local guides share their knowledge of the area's unique ocean wildlife and iconic landmarks…the Lone Cypress, Point Pinos Lighthouse, Lover's Point, Asilomar Beach. 16 mi. round trip, approx 3 hrs.  Min. height 4'10"; Max. weight 350lb. Alternating between separated bike lanes & road shared with vehicles (25 mph speed limit), we recommend "youth" riders be ages 14+ to ride solo.  Parents may book a bike for ages 12+ if their child is experienced enough to ride on a 25 mph road shared with vehicles.  The "child" rate is for children between 40 lb. & 120 lb. riding tandem with a parent on a cargo e-bike.

17-Mile Drive offers the ultimate experience to explore the peninsula. You will ride from our bike shop in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Your guide will take you to all of the best spots in Pebble Beach. You'll pass iconic landmarks such as The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Lone Cypress, Bird Rock, Point Joe, Spanish Bay, and Crocker Grove, which is home to the largest and oldest Cypress trees in existence. The minimum for a non-private tour to operate is 4 riders. We reserve the right to cancel the tour with full refunds, or convert you to a private guided tour (additional rates apply), or combine your booking with another at a different time and/or day, or convert the tour to a standard rental reservation (no tour guide, freedom of route and timing). As necessary, these options will be reviewed with the customer for their approval 24 hours before the reservation. Easy access, walking on sandy surface. Milos is famous for her beaches and certainly Paleochori must come first on the list of outstanding spots for sun worshippers and Swimmers alike. The beach is known for her dramatic cliff faces coloured in bright red and yellow from the mineral deposits. There are a couple of restaurants perched high above the beach where you can eat whilst taking in breathtaking, panoramic, views out to the Sea of Crete. The main beach offers umbrella and sun-bed rental, and is a popular destination for visitors during the summer months, the beach is sandy with a smattering of pretty white pebbles. The bus will pick you up promptly from your assigned location and take you to Sfakia which is located in southern Chania. From there you will enter the boat that will take you to Glyka Nera. Glyka Nera it's one the most beautiful beaches in Crete. Its name stems from the fresh water spring that bubbles up amongst the pebbles. It is a spectacular beach with crystal clear turquoise water and rugger cliffs. Here you will have 2 hours free time. You then board the boat which will take you to Loutro. Loutro is amphitheatrically built above the bay where you can soak up the beautiful surroundings. Here you will have 3 hours of free time to eat in one of the many exceptional restaurants or take a swim and relax along the beachside. The last stop is in Sfakia where you will have free time to explore the charming seaside village. Sfakia is surrounded by untamed landscapes which makes it the perfect end to this exciting excursion. Our bus will be waiting to take you back to Rethymno.

Starting from Kritinia, a small town of Cretan origin, you descend through a path surrounded by Aleppo pines, strawberry trees, wild sage and thorny oaks, to a small pebble bay that boasts a crystalline sea. The panorama enjoyed during this descent is unique: Halki, Alimia and other small islands emerge from the blue of the Aegean and this view, together with the pure air that you breathe along this route, will remain an indelible memory. After crossing the small bay, the ascent towards the castle begins along a narrower path which then opens onto land planted with vines and olive trees and delights us with particular aromas coming above all from the small aromatic plants that surround it.
