This tour is special, as after visiting the beautiful Mediterranean-style old town of Szentendre, the magnificient Castle of Visegrád, and the equally impressive Basilica of Esztergom, we'll return to Budapest on the other side of the Danube, something which very few tour guides do, despite the breathtaking views and the charming, historical villages awaiting you on that side too (from Esztergom, we'll cross over to Slovakia, take photos of the Esztergom Basilica with the river from the other side, and return to Budapest through Nagymaros/Verőce/Vác, where we will also stop for photos). After visiting the old town in Szentendre, we can visit the world famous local Marcipan Manufacture and Museum, and in Esztergom the unique medieval collection of the Christian Museum. I'll be flexible with timing/stops/eating as you wish.

This is a private day-trip from Bucharest to the city of Ruse in Bulgaria. We pick you up from Bucharest at 12 o'clock and drive one and a half hour to the Bulgarian border. After customs we enter în to Ruse city.
