Throughout this crime-solving audio adventure, visit each of the 10 mapped locations. You'll have the option to explore the downtown area using the Walking Map or follow a Driving Map on the city's outskirts. Once you choose, the exact starting point will be revealed. *See images for route. Park or stop at each location, listen to the audio story, and put your detective skills to the test by gathering clues and piecing together the evidence. Finally, make your deductions and issue an arrest warrant. Your overall detective skills will be evaluated, culminating in a Case Performance Score to measure your sleuthing prowess. The handicap lift allows everyone to share in the roadsides stops and boardwalk trails. You will depart Rapid City at 8:30 am and travel to Mount Rushmore. You will spend time hiking around the monument. Next, you will travel to Crazy Horse Memorial, learning the importance and history of Crazy Horse. Finally, you will get an opportunity to explore beautiful Custer State Park. You will be able to see wildlife at an incredibly close proximity and enjoy the local flora. In each of these locations, you will gain unique and rare insight into the history of the Black Hills. Lunch will be enjoyed at an exquisite local restaurant of your choosing. There is a two-person minimum to book this tour.

Experience another world in Badlands National Park. Wildlife and fossil spotting is a favorite as we weave our way through the spires and pinnacles of the park. We make many stops, and can incorporate a hike if you wish! Lunch in the park with spectacular views will be a highlight. On to the Minuteman National Historic Site, for some incredible living WW2 history. On our way back to Rapid City, Wall Drug calls us in for homemade donuts. THIS IS BIG – Designed for visitors that need to see the most of the Black Hills as possible in one day! This is a comprehensive tour of the southern Black Hills with stops at the two famous monuments: Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. And also included is a Wildlife Safari tour to all of Custer State Park (the largest state park in the nation). We make stops at the Visitor Center and the State Game Lodge and then tour along the Wildlife Loop (bison), Needles Highway, Iron Mtn Road, Sylvan Lake and stop at Stockade Lake for a picnic lunch (included).
