Roero Monferrato

Together we will meet the Piedmontese tradition seen from Tuscany. We will prepare the traditional tajarin, the Piedmontese ravioli del plin, the typical pici of Siena looking at the splendid hills of Monferrato. Everything will be prepared following the best local traditional recipes. We will prepare two different types of dough and, at the end, a dessert according to the season.

Unlike most tours, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with the owner, the winery's winemaker, who will guide you in all phases, from the vineyard to the tasting

My name is Jessica, I will accompany you on a visit to the vineyards and cellar. We produce wine for passion, with respect for the environment and continuous search for quality without forgetting the poetry that wine contains. We want to offer our guests a full-immersion experience in the world of oenology, and tasting, with a sensory journey to discover the world of wine from cultivation to aging. You can take a panoramic walk with us in the vineyard, where depending on the season you can actively follow the different processes, to understand how the wine is born in the vineyard, and then continues its life in the cellar from alcoholic fermentation to aging in wood. The experience ends with the tasting of wines paired with local products selected by the best farms. In case of bad weather the experience is carried out entirely indoors The visits start at 11.00 and 16.00, for different needs do not hesitate to contact us!

I'm a professional truffle hunter from 3 generations in Alba. My grandfather after the 2nd world war was one of the first truffle hunters, he taught my father all the secrets about the precious "ipogean fungus" then my father taught it to me. I'm a dog trainer and actually I've got 3 great dogs: Lisa, Palli & Isi. I would like to teach "some'' of my truffle hunting secrets to travelers. During the tour you will be helped by my friend Margherita. She's an official tourist guide with great passion for truffles and local culture, translating every part of the hunting.

The company is located on a hill in Località Sant'Anna in the heart of the Langhe and enjoys the view overlooking the Barolo area. You will visit the Barricaia built below the ground where the barriques rest. Visitors can taste the evolution of Nebbiolo grapes, from Nebbiolo Il Donato to Barolo.

The hiking tour starting in Alba, the Langhe capital, passes through the hills around the town providing walkers with a vantage point to enjoy a panorama overlooking the surrounding hills and valleys. Wine assumes a unique importance in this region. The Piedmont vineyard landscape is undoubtedly one of the most harmonious and most consistent with the ideal of a “scenic” rural and vineyard landscape, accentuated by the gently rolling hills that provide many vistas and panoramas with subtle nuances. In the middle of walking, just on the top of the hill, the winery waits you for a delicious wine tasting with small bites of traditional local products. This tour is indicated for tourists that arrive in Alba by pubblic transportation especially and without a car. This tour is recommended for people in good shape, used to walk uphill. Appropriate footwear is suggested. Length: about 6 km – 3.7 mi. – Elevation gain: 350 m – 1148 ft. The winery can change following the availability.

We are going to visit Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014, from an ecological and sporting point of view. We are in Canelli, we will travel on paved secondary roads and you will have a professional at your disposal who will be able to help you make the best use of your ebike and will explain your surroundings so that you can better appreciate this wonderful wine-growing region. The route is about 39 kilometers long with a difference in altitude of 930 meters, therefore suitable for moderately trained cyclists. We will discover the main natural resources of this magnificent land and admire the medieval towers and villages, in a setting that will take us back in time. The route, completely on asphalt, is easy and safe for everyone. In case of difficulty on the steep sections, the guide will show you how to tackle them safely, or he will change the route to make it easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

While the pasta rests, you and Ariella will craft a seasonal sauce using local and organic ingredients. In winter, savor the flavors of funghi or pumpkin, while summer brings the freshness of cherry tomatoes and basil. As the pasta is stretched and prepared for cooking, Ariella will demonstrate two methods for achieving the perfect texture. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at it, gaining a true understanding of the process. Finally, come together to cook and enjoy your handmade pasta creation, paired with local wines and a decadent homemade tiramisu.
