Lake Atitlán Mountain Tour
If you are visiting the southern part of Lake Atitlan this is a tour you cannot miss. This tour will take you to mountain tops and lookouts of San Pedro la Laguna. Here we visit a few look outs located above the village where we are able to enjoy great views of San Pedro and San Juan La Laguna, the lake, and the Indian Nose aka “Rostro Maya or Nariz del Indio”. After the look outs of San Pedro we have our longest drive of the tour going all the way to San Marcos la Laguna passing the town of San Juan and San Pablo La Laguna. In San Marcos we visit the Natural Reserve of “Cerro Tzankujil”, where we can take a swim on the lake or enjoy the views from the rock / mountain formations. After enjoying some time at the natural reserve we will hop back on our ATVs and head back to San Juan La Laguna, where we visit the famous lookout named “Kaqasiiwaan” viewpoint.To get to the actual lookout we have to hike about 15 minutes up the steps which takes us there.

Indian Nose Hiking Adventure (custom and private tour)
Es una actividad altamente recomendada para los amantes de un buen amanecer, caminata corta a uno de los miradores mas espectaculares sobre el lago de Atitlán, observar la cadena volcanica y con suerte algunas veces se puede ver uno de los 3 volcanes activos de Guatemala.
Salimos desde San Pedro, San Juan, San Marcos o si tu hotel esta ubicado fuera de estos 3 pueblos mencionados, por favor de contactarnos para poder organizar el traslado en bote y obviamente tiene costo extra.
Empezamos a las 4 am, el guía lo recogerá y luego hay un traslado de 30 minutos en auto, después se comienza la caminata desde Santa Clara a la Cima del mirador Mayan Nose.
La caminata dura 35 minutos y mientras llegamos para ver el amanecer y disfrutar de una bebida caliente.
El tour termina a las 8am.
