As young as 8 years old, children can have their first scuba diving experience with our PADI instructors at WaterColors in Boracay, one of the world’s best beaches. Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – a chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving. Kids can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water. They can even have a party or celebrate a birthday by throwing a memorable, exciting Bubblemaker event or do it in line with Discover Scuba (10 yo+) for older friends and family members.  You can give your kids a glimpse into the scuba diving lifestyle that you love so much and set them on the path to becoming a future scuba diver. Scuba diving is not only a fun activity for kids to enjoy, but it also encourages an active lifestyle, promotes healthy growth and development, develop their social skills, and can even help with self-esteem. Kids must be comfortable in the water, but no prior experience is necessary. Parental approval is required.

Our Bubblemaker program stands out for its ability to introduce young adventurers (aged 8 & 9 years old) to the magic of scuba diving in a safe and playful environment, they will explore the stunning reefs of Koh Kood or Koh Rang Marine Park. Unlike traditional courses, Bubblemaker focuses on fun, allowing kids to experience breathing underwater, swim alongside colorful fish, and explore the aquatic realm—all under the close supervision of certified instructors. It’s a memorable and confidence-building introduction to the underwater world, fostering a lifelong love for diving.

Bubblemakers get a chance to: – Experience scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Pro. – Take their first breaths underwater in water shallower than 2 metres/6 feet. – Learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children – not adults. – Have lots of fun.

What is unique about our diving school is that our customers are provided with a private instructor without any aditional fees. Your instructor will be focused only on your needs and will not divide his attention to other participants. This program is specially designed for children of 8 and 9 years old. A great way to introduce children to scuba diving. Kids can enjoy breathing underwater using special, small-sized scuba gear. This is a dive no deeper than two meters in a confined sea bay of Puerto de Mogan. It’s fun, easy and safe in Gran Canaria.

Your first PADI course and upon its completion you will get your first PADI international certificate that will allow you to make your dives anywhere in the world! The course PADI Scuba Diver is for those who is limited in time for education maybe doesn’t have enough spare funds, and for the families with kids who want to get the certification, but don’t want to spend a lot of time studying, pass exams and practice a lot of skills. Upon the completion of the course, you get your international certification that will allow you to dive to the depth not more than 12 m together with PADI professional. This is a half way to your PADI Open Water Diver certification. For to get this certification you have to make three out of five theoretical chapters of the Open Water Diver course, three confined water dives out of five and two open water dives out of four.

Kids can be certified scuba divers as early as age 10 with PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course at WaterColors in Boracay, one of the world's best beaches! Child must be at least 10 years old and be able to swim. Parental consent is required for a child to participate. The Junior Open Water certification comes with restrictions. Divers 10-11 years old must dive with a PADI Professional or a certified parent or guardian, and dives cannot exceed 12 meters/40 feet. Divers 12-14 years old must dive with a certified adult and dives cannot exceed 18 meters / 60 feet. After receiving a junior open water certification, young divers 12 and older may continue to increase their experience and certification levels such as Junior Advanced Open Water or Junior Rescue, etc. In these courses, dives may reach a max depth of 21 meters / 70 feet. After the age of 15,  certification level automatically upgrades to the regular PADI Open Water Diver Certification.
