WW1 Australian Focused Tour including Sir John Monash Centre
Starting in the pretty little town of Albert we head first to
Villers-Bretonneux and spend the morning uncovering the history of the Australian force in the dark days of the 1918 German Spring Offensive. After lunch, we move on to the Battle of the Somme. From trenches to memorials we will guide you through the planning and execution of this infamous campaign.
We only operate private tours, this will be your tour and adapted as necessary to meet your needs during the day. With our years of living and working on these iconic sites, we aim to ensure you leave with memories of the sacrifice of a generation.
Given suitable notice time and the availability of records we are able to research and prepare a bespoke tour to cover an individual soldier or unit.

Enjoy the amazing scenery as we drive the west coast road with stops at Morne Fortune (where the last battle was fought between the French and the British), Marigot Bay (a heaven for yachters), banana plantations, and the village of Anse La Raye (to experience the experience of village lifestyle).

On this Small Group tour of the Somme battlefields, you will discover a part of France that suffered severely in the violent and bloody battles of the Great War. Explore Lazarus Island on a Sunday morning cruise, have 30-45 min walk on the island to visit the beach.
