Skagway City & Summit Tour
Enjoy the classic Skagway tour!
Our tour will take you down Broadway, Skagway's historic main street, and we'll point out various points of interest and photo stops. As we leave Skagway, we'll climb over 3,500 feet in elevation up to the summit, where Gold Rushers had to hand-carry all their gear on their way into Canada – except you'll do it from a heated bus.
Our tour will pick up all guests and get you back in time for your ship.

Our tour will have 5 to 6 photo stops along the route and we will slow down for the others. Time at stops may vary and are weather dependent. Tour is 2.5 hours in length.
White Pass Deluxe Tour from Skagway
Join a 3-hour highlights tour of Skagway with a knowledgeable guide. Hear stories from the Gold Rush and see amazing waterfalls, azure glaciers and mountain views that seem to never end. Skagway Shore Excursion: Half-Day Tour to the Yukon Border and Suspension Bridge
This Skagway shore excursion will show you a glimpse of Canada's legendary north country. On this half-day tour by mini-bus, you'll travel up to the White Pass to cross the border into Canada and travel the Klondike Highway in British Columbia. You'll see incredible scenery and maybe even spot native wildlife roaming the spectacular scenery, including moose, bears, birds, mountain goats and Dall sheep. The turnaround point is the Yukon border and Welcome to the Yukon sign for a great photo. As a bonus, we include a stop at the Yukon Suspension Bridge! View the Tutshi river canyon while crossing the bridge and see educational displays. Also available are clean, flush restrooms (the only ones available on the tour route), snack bar to purchase food, and Yukon gift shop. This stop makes this tour unique among tour options that do similar itinerary.

Skagway Shore Excursion: Full-Day Tour of the Yukon
Enjoy your port time in Skagway with a full-day shore excursion by mini-bus into the Yukon, Canada's westernmost territory. Explore some of North America's most stunning wilderness, and stop at Caribou Crossing for lunch. Lunch is BBQ chicken with sides of roasted potato, coleslaw, rolls, homemade donuts, tea/coffee (Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten free option of lentil curry is available as alternate). Included are a Wildlife Taxidermy museum with over 100 Yukon and Arctic species as well as recreations of Ice age animals. Historical Gold Rush and Canadian Mountie display also included. Onsite is a sled dog camp where you can see the huskies preparing for the Yukon Quest race. There is also a petting farm with animals to interact with and gift shop. Be prepared to stand in awe of natural beauty of southeast Alaska, British Columbia and Yukon Territory on this Skagway sightseeing tour.

Skagway Shore Excursion: White Pass Summit and Skagway City Tour
When your cruise ship docks in Skagway, enjoy a shore excursion to see the best sights of the city and take in the views from the majestic White Pass Summit area. Following the Klondike Highway by mini-bus, you'll have the opportunity to photograph the Gold Rush Cemetery, Skagway Scenic Overlook and the "Welcome to Alaska" sign.

Skagway Shore Excursion Chilkoot Trail Hike and Float Tour
The Chilkoot Hike and Float Tour is an active, family-oriented hiking adventure along the world famous Chilkoot Trail. This wilderness hike takes place in the heart of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park. Learn about the Gold Rush, Native Alaskan, and natural history of the region.
Depart Skagway for a 10-mile (16 km) scenic van tour along the coastline to the Chilkoot Trail trailhead and then enjoy 1.5 to 2 hours of hiking and 40 minutes on the raft. The hike is moderately strenuous so please be in good condition. Have your camera ready for occasional wildlife sightings both on land and in the water. Get away from the crowds in Skagway and get immersed in the natural beauty of the Dyea valley during the coastal forest hike and while floating down the peaceful river.

See the start of the famous Chilkoot Trail, where thousands journeyed in pursuit of gold in 1898. As you leave Skagway you will make your way to scenic viewing platforms for great photo opportunities. We provide a friendly, knowledgeable local guide who will give informative commentary, history, and descriptions of each waterfall destination. Your stops include Pitchfork Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, where you can put your hands under the water, International Falls, the Welcome to Alaska Sign, with a special stop at the Gold Rush Cemetery which includes a hike through the temperate rain forest to Reid Falls. A moderate level of walking ability is required for this hike. Please note the trail is not paved and is on uneven surfaces.
