An idea of the itinerary is as follows: Depart at 8:30am for 15 Minutes boat ride to Hol Chan Marine Reserve followed by orientation. 8:45am to 9:45am snorkel At Hol Chan. Boat ride to Shark Ray Alley 10 Minutes. 10am snorkeling at Shark Ray Alley for 25 – 35 Minutes. 10 Minutes ride to Coral Gardens for our 3rd Snorkel stop. 10:15am to 11:15am: Snorkel Coral Gardens. 10 Minutes ride from Coral Gardens to the North Channel to snorkel & look for Manatees. Snorkel for approximately 45 Minutes at North Channel. 15 Minutes ride to Caye Caulker. After consulting with our guests we make a decision to continue to tarpon interaction or take a break to Enjoy a warm Belizean Lunch. At about 1:30pm; take some time to explore the laid back Island of Caye caulker where you can purchase souvenirs. We depart at 3pm enroute to San Pedro with arrival there at about 4pm.

We'll take you to explore 7 epic snorkel stops; turtles, manatees, a ship wreck, sharks and rays, pristine corals at Hol Chan, the coral gardens and two sight seeing sights around Caye Caulker. After this tour you'll check so many things off of your bucket list and you'll learn so much about the Caribbean sea and we take Free GoPro photos/videos for you. Group size per boat is usually 4-10 people the most. We do not use single-use plastics on board our boats, we do not touch or feed the marine life and we hire experienced, energetic guides to bring you the best experience there is to offer. We also give back a percentage of our profits to the local community at the end of the year to support a number of community projects. ***This tour is not for cruise ship passengers, we do not meet in Belize City which makes this tour not compatible with the cruise ship time frame.***

Snorkeling and Sailing to Caye Caulker with stops at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark & Ray Alley. We do a guided snorkel of the Marine Reserve Hol Chan and then snorkeling at Shark & Ray Alley. We leave a little later than most Tour Operators at 10:00 am vs 8:00 am and return later as well, to include the sun setting, where others have you back before or around 4:00 we get back about 6:00 pm. The Crew will walk Guests around the Village in Caye Caulker, go to feed the Tarpon or see the Seahorses and check out The Split. We typically see dolphins along the way!

We depart later to let you sleep in, avoid the crowds, and see the sunset at the end of the tour. We start with snorkeling at Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley. Hol Chan has the largest variety of species to be seen in the area and is often compared to an aquarium, while at Shark Ray Alley you get to experience a close encounter with nurse-sharks and stingrays. Watch from the boat or swim with them! We then serve our famous Belizean buffet lunch on-board. Traditional dishes like stewed chicken and rice and beans with our Captain’s secret recipe BBQ fish! After lunch, we stop at the neighbor island Caye Caulker for approx. 1 hour of free time to explore the island, followed by a relaxed sunset cruise back to San Pedro, with ceviche being served. Open bar with local rum, vodka, gin, soft drinks and juices is included. Try the specials, rum punch and "panty rippers"!

This snorkel adventure is a speed boat ride just minutes from shore and has 3 snorkel stops. The Caye Caulker marine reserve is one mile away from Caye Caulker. You spend 30 minutes at each stop, namely, The channel, Shark Ray Alley and the Coral Gardens. Then head on over to Tarpon Town to view and feed the Tarpons and the Pelicans and our final stop is at Seahorse City to spot these delicate creatures before returning to the island.

The guide will show you places to stop, rest, and enjoy a refreshing swim. The paddling continues through the cave systems until you arrive at the exit, where the sunlight glitters on the water and the birds can be heard singing on the river bank. Silk Cayes is a marine reserve consisting of 3 small islands formerly known as the Queen Cayes. This Marine Reserve hosts over 25 species of reef fish, with a variety of coral and other marine life! The Silk Caye is one of healthiest areas in the Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System due to its location and protected status. It is a great destination to snorkel, scuba dive or simply spend a day on the island! Snorkelers explore the reefs surrounding the islands. Scuba Divers explore the the barrier reef wall and other dive sites the Silk Cayes have to offer. As a bonus just before returning to Placencia, everyone has an opportunity to snorkel with rays, sharks and (usually) huge turtles in an area where the local fishermen clean their catch – when the critters hear the boat engines, they think it is meal time and come to the dive boat.
