This Historical and Cultural Tour explores the old town of Takuapa, formerly known as ‘Takola’. Located approximately 32km north of Khao Lak. The beautiful Sino-Portuguese architecture and wealth of the community owe their origins to the tin-mining industry, an important era in the town, and in fact the history of the town.
