Spend the afternoon floating along the beautiful Waccamaw River on an inflatable river tube or kayak. Bring some food and drinks (or grab some from our Snack Shack) to take with you on your trip to explore the river. Pull over on one of the white sandy beaches to enjoy some fun in the sun and take a dip in the refreshing cool river. When you arrive at our Outpost you will find: – Fun and games: enjoy our unique super sized yard games: Jenga, Connect 4, Corn Hole and more. – Amenities: 4 restrooms, 4 changing rooms with hot showers, hammocks, swings, large fire pit, picnic tables and propane grills that are available for you to use. Your reservation time will be from 2 pm – 5 pm, feel free to enjoy the full 3 hours on the river and at our facility or arrive anytime during those hours but keep in mind we do close at 5 pm. All geared up, the guides led you thru a forest path sharing local uses of the plants seen along the forest trail. at the caves entrance, the guide shares information as to the seven caves layout, kayaking equipment familiarization and kayak route. here you will notice awesome large cave entrances with a crystal clear river flowing thru it. as you paddle you will go thru a series of caves, see many formations. the guide will show you places to stop and rest and enjoy a refreshing swim. the paddling continues thru the caves systems until you arrive at the exit where the sunlight glitters on the water, and the birds can be heard singing on the river bank. here we store our gear, use the facilities and prepare for the return drive home.

Enjoy an aquatic adventure on the Big Island during this 4-hour small-group excursion combining sea kayaking, snorkeling, and more. Paddle along a section of the island known for its abundant marine life as you scout for local Hawaiian Spinner dolphins. The tour starts at the beautiful, sandy beach of Kalandos! After an equipment check and safety briefing by your certified guide, you’ll be ready to go! You’ll be paddling a distance of about 9 km. Along the way, the view from the neighboring Cycladic islands is breathtaking! You will paddle among awesome geological formations along the coastline, make stops at tiny sea coves, until you reach the most impressive of them all: Rhina Cave with its ceiling of miniature stalactites and its inviting beach nearby! Rhina Cave’s pristine, secluded beach invites you to relax. We'll make a stop at the beach for about 30-40 min. Your guide will prepare for you delicious snacks. All you have to do is just sit back and enjoy, or swim, snorkel and explore the rich marine life of the area! Then back to our kayaks to head back to the starting point at Kalandos Beach. End the tour with a delicious traditional (optional) meal at the local taverna.
