We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. Cella Vinaria Antiqua is a centuries-old Winery-Museum, restored and converted into a workshop for the production, preservation and dissemination of the ancient technique of producing wine in clay pots. This could be applied to any tour The itinerary / route is flexible, please let us know if there is specific estates you have in mind. Tasting fees are often waived if clients buy wine. Tasting fees are between R60pp – R100pp per estate. You can select the option that suits your budget and wine preferences at each estate. Excluding the tasting fees makes the tour more flexible and really saves the customer money in the end.

The experience includes the tasting of 4 wines, the first is a classic method sparkling wine from Lugana, the second is a blend produced with Trebbiano di Lugana and Sauvignon blanc grapes, followed by the traditional Lugana doc and finally a red that grows in these clayey soils, Garda Merlot doc; all accompanied by cold cuts, bread, an omelette and Grana Padano. There will be a visit to a vineyard to be able to touch our grapes and finally a visit to the cellar where the vinification takes place.

A long table is set at the estate and, this time, you’re our dinner guest. This is a former boyar's house, Surrounded by hills covered with vineyards. We will pick you up from your hotel from Bucharest and drive 50 miles to Florica village. Here you will be impressed by location and you can have a local wine and dine. We will stay here about three hours after which we will drive back to Bucharest and leave you at your hotel or in the city.

A unique experience of having a picnic under an olive tree in the middle of the vineyards, located in the Monte Genuardo Nature Reserve.
