A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley to discover two world-class products: Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. After your short train ride, from Bologna or Modena, we'll meet in Parma and head to a dairy producer to see live the different stages of Parmigiano Reggiano production. At the end, enjoy a small tasting of two different ages accompanied by some local wine. Afterwards, we will head to the hills and visit a ham factory to learn about the production and characteristics of Parma Ham. At the end of the visit, you will taste some prosciutto with a glass of wine before returning to the Parma train station.

Hin Areni Wine Factory: Begin your journey with a visit to the "Hin Areni" wine factory in the Areni village. Here, you'll tour the facility and sample renowned local wines, delving into Armenia's ancient winemaking traditions.​ Tatev Monastery and Wings of Tatev Ropeway: Conclude the tour at the 9th-century Tatev Monastery, a significant spiritual and historical site perched atop a scenic plateau. Access the monastery via the "Wings of Tatev," the world's longest non-stop reversible aerial tramway, providing breathtaking views of the Vorotan Gorge.​ Shaki Waterfall: Proceed to the picturesque Shaki Waterfall, located near Sisian in the Syunik province. This 18-meter-high cascade offers a serene environment, perfect for relaxation and photography.​

Next see the monastery complex, Noravank, that is unique in its construction as the Church of Holy Mother of God is the only two-storied monastery in Armenia. The path to the ancient monastery We will meet in Tbilisi and head south-east towards the Georgian-Azerbaijani border. The only village that you will meet on the way to the monastery, as if making excuses because of its location in an arid area, is called Udabno (desert – in Georgian). On the way, you will see the natural landscape of the neighborhood – a waterless steppe that changes color depending on the season, ridges of bizarre "design" hills and the outlines of the Caucasus Mountains visible in the distance. After short stops for photographing at the salt lake and / or other places we like, we will arrive at the main destination – the monastery that still functions today.

Carpet is one of the most important decorative items in the art history of the Turks. Its origins go back to ancient times for aesthetic purposes and covering the floor to make it warm. During the workshop tour, information is given about the tradition of carpet weaving in Turkey, its history, weaving techniques, root dyes, wool types, obtaining silk from silk cocoons.
