You will experience breath-taking forests that are home to the tallest flowering tree in the world and many other wonders of the natural world. The 3 hour tour will be time to slow down, connect to your senses and deepen your relationship to nature. Your facilitator will guide you through mindfulness based practices, share stories of the landscape and elucidate relationships between forests and human wellbeing. The walk is a moderate grade (mostly flat with some short climbs and steps) and 3kms in total.

Participants will experience the giant Mountain Ash (tallest flowering tree in the world), ancient rainforests and crystal clear creeks of the Yarra Ranges. The experience offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe in the rich forest air and stand in awe of the beauty that the forest holds.
