Please be aware you will get wet during this experience so please be prepared. Bring with you running shoes you can get wet and swimwear to wear under the wetsuit which is provided to you. As this is a full day tour, please bring an appropriate amount of water to drink. We recommend a minimum of 1.5L per person.
