A picture prefect distillery out in the middle of the jungle. The Cape Byron Distillery AKA Brookie’s is a fully opertational distillery that produces Gin, and a bunch of flavoured spirits made from natural local fruits and spices. Tasting paddles can be purchased with a full run down of the spirits, or top class cocktails are also on the menu!

Lord Byron Distillery is proudly 100% green powered with the way make their spirits! You will recieve a full tour of the distillery and see first hand how these spirits are made. Rum, lemon chello and vodka are just the start. After the tour tasting paddles are on offer, also are cocktails including pinacoladas made fresh in a pineapple!
