Arrival and Departure Information
Please ensure you have reconfirmed your pick up within 24 hours of arrival via the Oasis Transport home page or by contacting us on +61 431 133 713. Please make sure your flight number and scheduled arrival time are correct.
Domestic Arrivals
Once you have landed, please make your way to the baggage carousel claim area where your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
International Arrivals
After passing through Customs and Immigration and entering into the arrival hall your driver will be waiting for you, holding a sign (tablet) with your name and arrival flight number. Look for a dark blue shirt with the Oasis logo.
Departure Information
Please ensure you provide your departing flight number and time when making your reservation. This will ensure a stress free departure. Recommended pick up times and arrival time to the airport may change depending on local events, time of departure, terminal required (Domestic or International).
Delayed Flights
Oasis Transport track and monitor all arriving flights. In the event of a delay there is no need to contact us, we will have our driver meet you accordingly.
