Day 1: Darwin – Litchfield via Adelaide River
Stop At: Adelaide River, Adelaide River, Top End, Northern Territory
We set off from Darwin heading South to the Adelaide River joining the Jumping Croc Tours Original. See the powerful beasts leap out of the water, and abundant birdlife enroute. A short visit to the historical War Cemetery before a barra, buffalo or croc burger if you choose (at own expense). Stop At: Window on the Wetlands Visitor Centre, Beatrice Hill, 70 kilometres south of Darwin Arnhem Highway, Adelaide River, Northern Territory NT 0846 Australia
Check out Charlie the Buffalo from Crocodile Dundee movie at the local roadhouse before surveying the floodplains from the ‘Windows on the Wetlands’ for any afternoon storms rolling in.

We visit one of the Top End’s famous watering holes at Humpty Doo, before driving to our overnight accommodation near Litchfield National Park for our evening feast (included).

Day 2: Litchfeild National Park
Stop At: Buley Rockhole Raod Off Buley Florence, Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory 0822 Australia
After breakfast (included) the group visits the giant termite mounds, enroute to our first stop of the day at Buley’s Rockhole; a series of easy-to-access rockpools connected by fast flowing fresh-water streams.

Stop At: Florence Falls, Litchfield National Park, Northern Territory Australia
We take our time to re-fresh ourselves at these rock holes and Florence Falls, only stepping out of the cool water for a spot of lunch.

We visit other Litchfield NP features such as Wangi and Tolmer Falls before a stop at our next watering hole, Berry Springs Tavern
