Hobart Trip Overview
Drink Derwent Valley will introduce you to over 25 unique drinks across four gorgeous venues – Wine, Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum, Cider and Beer.
At the Winery, Distilleries and Farm Bar, our hosts will bring each tasting to life surrounded by everything that brings the drink to life.
The venues we visit have collectively won numerous awards, and many of their labels have loyal followings, often selling out very quickly upon release. Maybe you will have a wow! moment and purchase a bottle or two for later.
The countryside we travel through is serene and beautiful. From Hobart and back we cover 160 km following the Derwent River in comfort, and through expert guiding will learn a little about the history, characters and economy of the Valley to form a positive connection and enhance the delicious food and drink.
Tastings are an optional $10 pp, and lunch will be at a country pub, expect between $6-$25. You can not taste or eat anything and still have a great day, it’s that good.
