Departing Hobart at 10.30am, the journey inboard Peppermint Bay II (our fully enclosed, comfortable catamaran) takes an hour or so.
The Cruise down the picturesque d’Entrecasteaux channel on our 23m catamaran enables you to relax and enjoy some of Tasmania’s most spectacular scenery, pausing to view ancient rock formations and other points of interest long the way.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, you’ll be treated to a multi course menu in a spectacular waterfront location. Our chef’s source their ingredients from local makers and producers whenever possible, or from our very own produce garden.
Before reboarding our catamaran, there will be time for a drink on the lawns or a wander through our gardens. We’ll depart Peppermint Bay to have you arrive back in Hobart by 3.30pm.
