our day begins at 9:30 AM as we collect you from your designated pickup address in the Hunter Valley. By 10:00 AM we arrive at our first destination, where you will experience one of two exclusive and unforgettable tastings. For wine collectors and connoisseurs, we offer private access to Thomas Allen. This is arguably the most esteemed cellar door in the Hunter Valley. This winery produces wines solely for its members, and no other tour company has access to its cellar door. This is a rare opportunity to taste and purchase wines that are simply unavailable elsewhere. Alternatively, you may join one of the Hunter Valley’s most distinguished wine families, Tulloch, for what we believe to be the region’s finest tasting experience. Set in a breathtaking location, this is an elegant and immersive introduction to the craftsmanship behind some of the Hunter’s most celebrated wines, paired with a carefully curated selection of local cheese and charcuterie.

At 11:45 PM we arrive at a winery unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Full of vibrancy and character, this is a place that defies comparison. Every detail— from the setting to the people pouring your glass— exudes personality, creating a tasting experience that will have you saying, “wow.” Expect something unexpected, something unforgettable, and something that will make this tour stand apart from anything else in the Hunter Valley.

By 1:00 PM it’s time for a long, indulgent lunch at Bistro Molines- what we consider the finest restaurant in the Hunter Valley. Hatted, effortlessly sophisticated, yet wonderfully relaxed, this is fine dining at its most exquisite. With breathtaking views, an atmosphere of warmth and refinement, and impeccable service, this is a place that lingers in your memory long after you leave. Canapés, artisanal breads, and two courses of your choice complete this extraordinary experience. Whether you find yourself in the Hunter Valley or transported to Provence, your stomach and soul will be fully nourished.

After lunch, it's time for your final tasting of the day. Vinden Wines is a boutique cellar door set in a stunning light-filled cottage, overlooking the rolling hills of their vineyard. Enjoy a sophisticated yet laid back tasting where the knowledgeable staff provide insights into the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of each wine.

As the afternoon winds down we begin our journey home, arriving back at your accommodation at approximately 4pm.
