While you enjoy your welcome drink, she will share more about Lebanese cuisine. In your hands-on cooking class, Reem will teach you how to make three dishes. First learn to make man’oushe, a zaatar flatbread. Then learn to cook Reem’s special chili and coriander potatoes. And in the end you will learn to make a fattoush (bread salad) or tabouli (herb and bulgur salad).
