Your wine chauffeur will collect you and your group from Melbourne CBD at 3:00pm to experience a weekend getaway at your private villa.

The next morning as you awaken to breathtaking views from every angle, tranquil peace and quiet, while sipping on a hot coffee, thinking about no limitations to the amount of great food and wine experiences that await you on Day 1 of this amazing Yarra Valley weekend escape.
Your wine chauffeur will arrive at the villa for 10.00 am collect, sit back and relax, it’s not long now until your tasting creamy, exquisite delicious chocolate from your private tasting room, away from the general public. There is plenty of shopping time to browse and soak up this sweet childlike experience.
Our next location is wine and cheese, where you will be served hand selected matched cheese with wine. Wash over your palette as the wine elevates the intensity of the flavours, a delicious pairing experience with every mouthful. A chilled esky is available for any purchases along the way.

Your Masterclass experience of champagne bubbles is next at Domain Chandon. Learn about the history, fashion and romance as you taste 4 glasses of Chandon’s best, with your 2-course lunch as you start.

After lunch we will take you into Chandon’s most exclusive areas that are not available for public access, another incredible photo opportunity.

Feeling like a Gin and Tonic or Gin tasting paddle, enter the award-winning Gin Distillery with plenty on taste. Take in the ambience and design, soak up this Gin experience, learn about the world of botanicals, fruits and spices that make up this popular fashionable drink of choice.

Get ready for your 60-minute private Masterclass with head wine maker, tasting grape varieties, blends of Italian style wines, reserve, single plot and museums releases.
Lunch is served with a glass of wine in the restaurant, with a choice of Italian style menu options or wood fired pizzas. Share and relax on the open style deck, cheers to everyone, for a great weekend experience.
Your next venue is French style wine tastings, with 10 generations of wine excellence from France delivered in the Yarra Valley since the year 2000. Take a tour of vineyard and be taken behind the scenes for your private tasting experience away from the general public.
Your next stop is a family owned and operated local gem. Experience old fashion hospitality, where cheese is served with each wine tasting. Enjoy up to seven different wines including a fortified, you will experience 2 generational wine styles from the young and upcoming to the sophisticated and mature style wine making.
Also popping in for sneaky cheese tasting, for those cheese lovers. A chilled esky is provided on both days for keeping chilled purchases.
