Your All-Inclusive experience starts with a visit to the Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese producers. Here you enjoy samplings of a selection of the cheeses made onsite and of course the opportunity to purchase!
you will visit 2 premium boutique wineries where you have a generous selection of wine samples, and one of the winery staff explaining their vineyard and wine varietals. A selection of our preferred wineries includes Wandin Estate, Margan Wines, Leogate Winery, Gundog Estate, Tulloch Wines, Hunters Dream Estate or if you have a preference, please let us know!
Arrive at your lunch destination, Café Enzo located in a Tuscan inspired village among eclectic sandstone buildings in the heart of the Hunter Valley. With its unique ambiance and enchanting courtyard, you are invited to relax and let the world drift away whilst feasting on Italian delicacies with homemade and locally grown produce. Included with lunch is a glass of wine/beverage.
We will also take time to visit the Hunter Distillery, the only certified organic distillery in the Hunter Valley Wine Region. Locally owned and operated, they produce an exceptional range of top shelf spirits including Gin, Vodka’s, Liqueurs, Schnapps and their award winning Copperwave Distilled Gin. You can select to sample up to 6 products from the extensive range
Next stop is at Tulloch Wines. For over 122 years, the Tulloch family has been passionate about producing hand crafted, premium wines made to enjoy. At Tulloch you don’t just do a wine tasting, you have a wine experience. You will enjoy a delightful Wine & Chocolate Experience, a foray into the world of “degustation” . You will experience the indulgence of Hunter Valley made artisan chocolates as you partner each one with the mouth-watering flavours of Tulloch Wines
