• We operate Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs), passengers in excess of this weight will be required to fly in the Eurocopter helicopter and may incur additional cost subject to the number of passengers travelling.
• All passengers will be weighed upon check in. Bookings for two where the combined total is 180kg or more in total must book a private flight. Bookings for four guests are more than 360kg may also need to upgrade to a larger EC130 (additional costs and payable direct to the supplier)
• All flights are sold on a shared basis where up to 6 passengers may be travelling on the helicopter. Single passenger bookings are welcome however all flights require a minimum of 2 passengers to depart.
• If you have an infant (a passenger under 2 years), you will be required to book a private flight for additional cost.
• Helicopters are collapsible wheelchair accessible, however the pilot is unable to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking due to occupational, health and safety regulations.
• Our bus transfers are a complimentary service, pickup is available from two different hotels ONLY where guests will be transferred back to Circular Quay after the flight
• You will receive confirmation of your flight time and scheduled pickup time from a City hotel (if required) via email.
• If you do not require transfer or are staying in an area outside the City you can make your own way to our base, check-in is 30 minutes prior to the confirmed departure time.
• Please ensure that we have a phone number (including country code if applicable) for when you are in Sydney in case we need to get in contact with you on the day of the flight.
• Individual passengers in excess of 110kg can’t be confirmed on shared flights due to aircraft limitations and operating capacities.

Failure to provide accurate weights may result in the passenger(s) being unable to fly or further costs to the passenger(s) to proceed with the planned flight or aircraft upgrade. This is all based on safety and will never be compromised. If passenger(s) are unable to fly due to inaccurate weights, no refund will be given.

• If you have an infant (a passenger under 2 years), you will be required to book a private flight for additional cost.
• Children from the age of 2 years must occupy their own seat and are charged at the same rate as an adult.
• If you have requested or require a courtesy transfer from a city hotel, please ensure that you make contact with Sydney HeliTours and provide at least 48hrs notice, as it is subject to availability and arranged from designated city hotels only.
• The decision surrounging inclement weather and if it is deemed safe and suitable to fly is at the discretion of the pilot in command and will be made on the day of the booking where conditions are assessed accurately.
