Itinerary
In your 60 minute lesson we will cover all aspects of your Surfing, including what you are currently excelling at and where your areas of improvement are.
Your lesson will begin with a Beach Chat / Checking Surf Conditions, Body awareness and Stretching.
Depending on your Surf ability we will either jump in the water with you or stay on the Beach to Video your 60 minute session.
You’ll finish your session with valuable feedback and things you’ll be able to work on before your next session.
